Saltwater Pool & Mediterranean Gardens

The outdoor spaces at Sunrise Villa Alvorada are what most guests remember: a saltwater swimming pool with ramp access from the terrace, framed by mature gardens, bougainvillea and roses. It's quiet, scented, and easy to move through for guests of every mobility level.

The saltwater pool

Gentle on skin and eyes, the saltwater pool is open through the warm months. A ramp from the pool terrace makes access easy, and the shaded cabana is a favourite spot for lazy afternoons.

Mature Mediterranean gardens

Bougainvillea walls, climbing roses, pampas grass, fruit trees and a small pond and path — the gardens have been cared for over decades and reward a slow, unhurried wander. Denise is happy to name the plants as you walk.
